Contract overview
Lifinity Europe is a Luxembourg life insurance contract issued by AXA Wealth Europe, designed for internationally mobile and cross-border clients seeking a long-term, flexible and regulated wealth structuring solution.
The contract is governed by Luxembourg insurance law and supervised by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CAA). It benefits from Luxembourg’s investor protection framework, including asset segregation and regulatory supervision, ensuring the protection of policyholders’ assets throughout the duration of the contract.
Lifinity Europe offers a multi-currency investment structure, allowing assets to be held and managed in euros, US dollars, pounds sterling or Swiss francs. Investors have access to a broad investment universe including euro-denominated funds, external unit-linked funds, collective internal funds as well as discretionary management solutions such as Dedicated Internal Funds (FID) or Specialised Insurance Funds (FAS), subject to eligibility conditions and invested amounts.
The contract is particularly suited to clients with an international or changing residence. It remains flexible over time, with the possibility of making free payments, switches and partial surrenders under the conditions set out in the contract.
The applicable taxation follows the policyholder’s country of tax residence, in accordance with the principle of tax neutrality. Optional death protection solutions are available, offering additional planning flexibility within the defined contractual limits.
